• Primary language being used will be C#.NET. However, experience in similar languages such as Java or any other object-oriented language will be sufficient, as someone with experience should be able to pick up C# easily.
• Clear and articulate communicator. For this role, clear communications is very important due to the nature of the position.
• Position is a full time position, and someone wanting only a contract position will not be applicable.
• A lot of people often say they are looking for a ‘detail-oriented’ person. This is critical. We are looking for people that have a fine attention to detail. Cannot stress how important this is.
• Experience in writing optimized code an asset. Their tools often run through a billion iterations, so efficiency is important.
• Mathematics comfort is all that is required. Detailed math knowledge not required for this position.
