A. No. Our fees are generated through billing our clients for our services. At no time will a TRS consultant ask you for a fee, and it doesn’t cost anything to register your resume with us.

Q. “What happens if the client wants to hire me full time?”

A. When a client offers one of our consultants full time employment, we consider this a very high compliment. If a permanent position is what you want, we will make sure this happens for you. If this situation arises please contact your TRS recruiter and we will work with the client to make this happen.

Q. “How do I get paid?”

A. Although you will be working at our client’s location and be managed by someone in that company, TRS will pay your hourly wage.   We handle all of the payroll, and by doing so, are able to give you a pay cheque once a week. Your TRS recruiter may come and deliver it in person or it can be mailed out to you.
