Job Description:
Our Client is currently looking for 2 highly technical Helpdesk Analysts. These are contract opportunities for a 6 month period with the option to go full time. If you meet the requirements below, please send your resume in a Word format.
We are looking for people with the following skills and experience:
- Intermediate to advanced level MS Office skills including Outlook
- Intermediate to advanced level MS operating system skills including Windows 2000 and Windows XP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work both individually and as a member of a cohesive team
- Basic understanding of networking
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks
- A+ Certification is preferred, though not required
- Post secondary education
